After an enriching information session on Job Redesign and Reskilling (JRR) organised jointly with Workforce Singapore (WSG) supported by Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) and SODA VISION earlier this week, we are delighted by the enthusiastic response from participants eager to develop JRR capabilities for their companies or their customers.

A key takeaway emphasized the importance of implementing human capital strategies to redesign, improve jobs and reskill workers to better embrace and support companies’ technological adoption that will drive business transformation in the foreseeable future. The JRR modality of the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) supports this initiative by offering salary support to companies navigating workforce transformation.
